Child Care Teacher

Qualification

Prefer a minimum of 6 months experience working with children- Must have DCF 45 hours mandated child care classes- Able to create lesson plans according to Creative Curriculum- Flexible and energetic on the job- Have the ability to juggle multiple duties- Ability to resolve conflicts between children- Excellent communication and people skills- Must pass a criminal background check

Job Description

Planning, teaching and implementing the Creative Curriculum for all children from infants through preschool children- Providing love and quality care for the children throughout the day in order to meet their emotional and physical needs - Planning and executing indoor and outdoor experiences appropriate to the developmental levels of the children- Interacting with children both physically and verbally throughout the day- Assisting children with their personal hygiene and clean up of classroom- Meet with parents, staff, and administration-

FCCPC, CDA, or AS Degree in early education

Child Care Assistant Director

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of at least one year of child care management experience- Must have Florida Child Care Directors Credentials - Must be a team builder, highly organized and possess excellent customer service/communication skills- Flexible and energetic- Have the ability to juggle multiple duties- must be will to work in classrooms at times. Detail oriented. Ability to resolve conflicts- Computer proficient including Word, Excel and Pro Care Software. Must have the ability to learn other programs quickly. Must pass a criminal background check.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Manage center in accordance with company financial and budgetary guidelines.- Be able to train, and supervise teachers and other staff.- Operate the school according to state licensing standards- Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.- Purchase supplies, equipment, food and other materials necessary for program operations.- Ensure a safe environment for the children in our care.
